Attraction body language has long been a mystery to both men and women. Why we are attracted to what we are attracted to not always make sense. In the world of dating and attraction, body language is spoken the most. Sometimes a subtle hand movement can cause attraction. When you are on a date with a girl, it is important to not only understand what they are saying verbally but also silently. Here are some tips to help you read a female's body language.

The way they sit

The direction that a girl sits is a clue to their interest in what you have to say. If she is sitting towards you then you have her interest. Likewise, if she is pointing away from you, you do not have her interest. If you are not sitting down, pay attention to the way she is facing. If her body is pointing away from you, she is not interested. Make sure your conversation is engaging and interesting. A new date probably doesn't want to hear about your day at the office.

Hand movements

Hand movements speak loud words in terms of a body's language. If her arms are folded that means she is taking a defensive stance. She may feel uncomfortable in her current situation, or it may simply mean she is cold. It is important to always keep the context of the situation in mind. If she touches her hair a lot, it could mean a sign of attraction. Girls will usually play with their hair when they are nervous, and if they are nervous then they could be interested.

Facial gestures

Of course smiling is a good sign, but there are other subtle cues that you can look for to see what a girl is really saying. Is her eyebrows raised? Raised eyebrows are good and bad. Again, gauge the context of the situation; if she is laughing, smiling and interested then raised eyebrows are a good thing. Also, pay attention to her eyes. Does she constantly look away from you? Well, if so, she may not be too interested in you. Does she squint a lot? If so, it could mean that she's trying to read you as well.
